Started with coffee meetings and a hunch that Vancouver's tech scene needed something different. Here's how things unfolded:

2018
The Beginning

Three recruiters walked away from corporate life. We had this crazy idea that tech hiring could feel less transactional, more human. Set up shop in a shared workspace downtown.

2020
Pandemic Pivot

When everyone went remote, we actually thrived. Helped 40+ tech companies restructure their hiring remotely. Added workforce development programs because upskilling became survival.

2022
Growing Up

Moved to West Georgia Street. Team grew to 18 people. Launched our culture consulting arm after clients kept asking 'how do we keep people engaged?' We had some answers.

2025
Today

We're working with everyone from scrappy startups to established enterprises. Still obsessed with getting the fit right. Still answering our phones. Still believe there's a better way.
